Cement Tiles in the Landscape

As popular as encaustic cement tiles are in counties like Brazil, Portugal, France, Spain, Italy...they remain very under utilized in the United States. We hope we can change that ! Anyone who has seen the fabulous public spaces in some of the Latin countries realizes the tremendous potential for branding, powerful visuals and fun surfaces using colorfully tinted and low relief surfacing tiles. Have a look at this tile beach promonade in Spain We can achieve the same level of asthetics in The States if we make use of the wonderful materials available. 

Our tiles can be ordered in over 80 colors and unlimited patterns and textures. We are using four different fabricators in four countries to best match the project to the tile maker.

At the new (2010) Robert F. Kennedy School Complex in Los Angeles we provided historically accurate pattern and relief tiles to untie the colorful past of the location was the Ambassador Hotel to the new, modern education facility.

At this Caribbean vacation home the colorful green relief tile driveway merges with the patios and eventually with the floors in the rooms.
