Tile -- Limited Warranty Policy

The Villa Lagoon Tile warranty covers material and manufacturing defects in our tile. Variation in color and finish are to be expected in hand made tiles. Any tile showing a defect upon unpacking and inspection of the products will be replaced with new tile as soon as is possible. Any claims of this nature must be made prior to the start of installation/use. Cement tile is a hand made product and most orders are made-to-order. It may require some time to fabricate, cure and ship the replacement tile.

Under no circumstance we will assume financial responsibility beyond the sale price of the tile. No guarantee is made against crazing or breakage in normal use. No warranties or representations other than those set forth on this statement, whether express or implied in law, are made. Our sole responsibility is set forth herein. All sales are made in accordance with  the "Limited Warranty Policy"
