To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have implemented measures to provide maximum social distancing in our operations. Below are some of the measures we have taken, and the effects they may have on Villa Lagoon Tile operations.
1) Our staff that can continue operations from home, will stay at home.
This may cause issues with our ability to answer in-bound telephone calls. If our phone goes unanswered, and you have a pressing matter, please email email@example.com, and begin your subject line with "Urgent:". This will allow us to either answer, call you back, or provide an alternate direct-line number to a staff member that can help.
2) We have suspended all walk-in visits to our office or warehouse.
Local clients and partners are encouraged to continue business with minimum contact. Appointments will be made only if absolutely necessary, to preserve the safety of our staff and valued partners.
3) Some of our clients providing essential services have requested we continue operations, and we have confirmed that local authorities agree.
We will continue shipping materials, and should be able to do so during any lockdown periods. This service can allow continued repair of homes, or completion of projects so that people can remain in, or return to their homes.
4) In the event of lockdowns in our clients' delivery locations, please inform us as soon as possible.
We are comitted to working with you through these times. We can hold your shipment until you are able to take receipt. Any storage fees at our warehouse will be waived during this time.
