Built in 1891, this beachy victorian home known as “the Duck’s Nest”, is the second oldest residential building in Palm Beach. It has been beautifully renovated by new owners, Brian and Julie Simmons and with the addition of cement tile, the Duck’s Nest will easily sail through another 130 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
